3. Seller does not comply with the rules of return or replacement or refund

4. Acquisition by third parties, by artifice or deception by means of the Internet, of data of the purchaser’s digital identity.

5. Scam/Fraud of the service issuing company.

   The customer, once the ‘purchase is made, will be contacted directly via email / phone by TOMEI INSURANCE to receive the documentation to be signed and returned in order to ‘activation.
